New Braunfels Spine & Pain Surgery Center is a freestanding, single-story, high-quality surgery center. Completed in October of 2016, New Braunfels Spine & Pain Surgery Center is a 14,416 square foot, design/build project located in New Braunfels, Texas. This top of the line surgery center is constructed of steel and concrete and features a stone facade.
The Burt Group collaborated with the owner of San Antonio based New Braunfels Spine & Pain and H+sp Architects on this project, all with the same objective to create a leading-edge and high quality surgery center. The project was quickly finalized and ready to kick-off in October of 2015.
Getting the project out of the ground was by far the hardest challenge due to the unusual weather for South Texas. The project crew experienced 47 days of rain during the project take-off, creating challenging working conditions.
The Burt Group was able to quickly overcome a delayed start due to weather, and proceeded to build an outstanding facility that met all of the Texas Department of Health ‘s inspection standards. The aesthetic of the office is polished, tranquil and clean, creating the ideal surgery center for our client.
