The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading the BD/Marketing team, identifying leads, proactively prospecting, and closing deals to sell ground up and tenant finish out construction projects. This role builds, maintains, and grows long-term relationships with clients to expand the revenue base and meet and exceed targeted annual quotas for sales and lead generation. The Business Development Manager meets regularly with prospective and existing clients in the market area to deliver sales presentations, follow up with key decision makers, and sell the company’s services.
